Today is Terry Francona's forty-ninth birthday. The manager's job is not an easy one but his team seems to love him and he handles the media with great aplomb, skill, and humor (except for when he's asked what he thinks is a stupid question and repeats it back to the questioner in a way that seems to say: Really?
